Ise City Hotel, operated by Greens Co., Ltd., will begin serving Ise wine made entirely in Ise from “Wine Day” on Sunday, April 20, 2025.
Guests can enjoy a glass born from the combination of local welfare initiatives and agriculture.

About Ise Wine
Ise Wine is made entirely in Ise using grapes grown by participants at the employment-support facility Job Studio Ise in Muramatsu-cho, Ise City, and vinified by the local winery Ise Wine Co., Ltd.
Created through an agriculture-welfare partnership that connects farming and social welfare, the wine is said to feature a rich aroma and refreshing taste, capturing both Ise’s terroir and the dedication of the people behind it.
Ise wines to be served
The Ise wines scheduled to be served at Ise City Hotel are as follows.
• Red wine / 100% Saperavi grown in Ise City
Refreshing acidity and a fruity aroma, pairing especially well with dishes finished with a squeeze of lemon.
• White wine / 100% Sauvignon Blanc grown in Ise City
Characterized by a fresh, green aroma, with a dry taste that is easy to pair with food.
• Rosé wine / 100% Saperavi grown in Ise City
The first rosé to be completely produced in Ise, vinified and matured at the company’s own winery in the city.
The banquet hall serves the Ise-grown red wine “Ise Shizuku” and white wine “Ise Rin,” while Steak House Ishikawa Ise on the hotel’s first floor serves half bottles of the white “Ise Rin” and rosé “Ise Miyabi.”
