"il club EDONISTA" is a "Dinner for Gourmands" presented by RESTAURANT DAZZLE.
This event began in June 2017 and is now celebrating its 7th edition.
Naoyuki Kojima, the head chef of RESTAURANT DAZZLE, handpicks ingredients from various regions based on the theme to serve special dishes crafted exclusively for this day.
Furthermore, it is well known as a one-night-only exclusive event guaranteed to satisfy gourmands, featuring wines selected from around the world by HUGE's corporate sommelier Hiroshi Ishida, as well as cocktails created by Toshihiro Fukamizu, who serves as a corporate bartender while also distilling gin as the master distiller of NUMBER EIGHT DISTILLERY.
Domaine KOSEI Makes an Appearance!
A special project has been prepared for this edition of "il club EDONISTA."
HUGE has teamed up with Domaine KOSEI, a noteworthy winery led by Kosei Aji-mura, a legend in the Japanese wine world, located in Kataoka—an area in Shiojiri, Japan's premier Merlot-producing region, that is gaining attention as an exceptional new vineyard site.
Sommelier Hiroshi Ishida and wine buyer Tetsuya Hashimoto selected two barrels from the 2020 vintage.
CEO Niikawa and Hiroshi Ishida blended them together with Mr. Aji-mura, creating the "Kataoka Merlot Private Barrel 2020," a premium wine of which only 276 bottles exist in the world.
This edition of "il club EDONISTA" will serve as the unveiling of this premium wine.

The full-course dinner has reportedly been designed by RESTAURANT DAZZLE head chef Naoyuki Kojima into an exciting 7-course menu featuring Shinshu beef, Shinshu salmon, Shinshu Ogon Shamo chicken, Shinshu buckwheat flour, and more.
