Here are the details.
About the "Glamorous Grape Stay"
The "Glamorous Grape Stay" is a program where HOSHINOYA Fuji's chef transforms grapes and wines selected by guests into gourmet gastronomy.
It is a unique stay program where you harvest grapes at a vineyard, taste wines at a winery, choose your personal favorites, and savor the flavors of Yamanashi.
Features of the "Glamorous Grape Stay"
The following are three key features of the "Glamorous Grape Stay":
・Choose your favorite grapes and wines
・Your very own "Grape Pairing Dinner" using grapes you harvested yourself
・Enjoy a relaxing pre-bedtime moment with grape bath herbs
In this program, guests can enjoy grapes from the grape farm "Budo Senshin" and wines from the winery "Katsunuma Jojo."
After harvesting your selected grapes, embark on a winery tour to Katsunuma Jojo.
Featuring dishes crafted with the grapes harvested at the vineyard and wine pairings that include your favorite wines selected at the winery, you can enjoy your very own "Grape Pairing Dinner"—a program that is simply irresistible for wine lovers.
