Limited-Production Wine Details

"Traditional Method Hokkaido Special Cuvée" is a sparkling wine brewed using the traditional method (secondary fermentation in the bottle), made primarily from grapes grown at the directly managed vineyard in Urausu Town, Hokkaido.

Having undergone a long aging period of 66 months, it is a special wine with even greater depth and umami.

The "50th Anniversary Commemorative 3-Bottle Set" is a vineyard series set crafted by the "Grape Master Craftsmen" of Yoichi Town, Hokkaido: Hideki Kitajima, Masanobu Tazaki, and Tomiji Shishido.

- Kitajima Vineyard Kerner 2022
- Tazaki Vineyard Pinot Noir 2022
- Shishido Vineyard Zweigelt 2023

These three come together in this valuable set.

Furthermore, from Friday, July 12, four varieties of high-quality wine brewed with 100% Hokkaido-grown grapes, primarily European wine grape varieties, will be sold nationwide at special 50th-anniversary appreciation prices.

Be sure to check those out as well.
