About Setouchi Brewery Restaurant mio
Setouchi Brewery Restaurant mio opened in the spring of 2021 as a winery restaurant directly overlooking the Seto Inland Sea.
While the restaurant previously operated exclusively for groups and private charters, it is now set to launch fully starting in October 2023.
Before its temporary closure, during a period with frequent activity restrictions, it operated mainly with reservation-only course meals to avoid crowding inside; however, starting this autumn, it will also begin offering casual lunch set menus that can be enjoyed without reservations.
While maintaining the concept of course meals featuring locally sourced ingredients focused on "SETOUCHI cuisine that pairs with wine," guests can also enjoy the casual lunch set menu while gazing out at the Seto Inland Sea.

Along with this, they also plan to offer Setouchi winery experiences, including brewery tours and tours of their own vineyards.
Here are the newly offered menu items:
1. Wood-fired meat lunch set
2. Tea set with seasonal fruit parfait
3. Assorted wines by the glass and appetizer plate
4. Lunch courses and dinner courses
In particular, the wood-fired meat lunch set is a highly recommended menu that includes Restaurant mio's Setouchi ajillo salad, a wood-fired meat lunch plate, bread, dessert, and a drink.
