On Friday, November 7, 2025, Chinese restaurant Senun on the 30th floor of Hotel Emisia Sapporo will host a pairing dinner event in collaboration with Furano Wine.
Guests will enjoy three Furano wines selected by a sommelier alongside a special course centered on ingredients from Hokkaido.

About the Dinner Event
The Furano Wine × Chinese Restaurant Senun pairing dinner is a restaurant project made possible through the “Food Matching Support Project” run by Hokkaido accommodation booking site Gutabi Hokkaido.
On the day, a chef's special course featuring mainly Hokkaido ingredients will be paired with three Furano wines selected by a sommelier.
The program is also scheduled to include a tasting seminar by a Furano Wine representative, explanations from the chef, and a prize drawing in which participants can win wine.
Menu and Pairings
The wines paired with the special dinner course are:
★ Assorted appetizers × Müller-Thurgau, white wine
Steamed layers of Hokkaido scallop, sea bream and shrimp mousse with lily bulb, Hong Kong style × Barrel Furano, white wine
★ Aromatic grilled Hokkaido wagyu with cauliflower and spicy black-bean condiment sauce × Château Furano, red wine
