"Fuji Subaru Land" is a family-oriented theme park surrounded by nature in Yamanashi Prefecture, produced by Amuse Inc.
On Wednesday, November 23 (National Holiday), a one-day-only event titled "Restaurant at the Foot of Mt. Fuji Enjoyed with the Five Senses" will be held at the camp field "FUN OUT! PARK FUJI" inside the theme park.
Guests can enjoy local gibier while experiencing nature, and carefully selected Yamanashi wines will also be provided.

About "Restaurant at the Foot of Mt. Fuji Enjoyed with the Five Senses"
"Restaurant at the Foot of Mt. Fuji Enjoyed with the Five Senses" is an event where guests can savor local ingredients and gibier while feeling nature in the spacious outdoors, featuring guest chef Masaya Toyoshima, the owner-chef of the gibier French restaurant "TOYOSHIMA."
Along with a course lunch prepared by Toyoshima, who calls himself a "food hunter," the event will offer a live talk covering knowledge about gibier and appreciation for life, answering questions such as what gibier is and why it is commonly eaten in Yamanashi.
Yamanashi Wine Will Also Make an Appearance
At the event, Yamanashi wines that pair well with gibier, selected by Takayuki Okuwaki of Toraya Liquor, will be offered.
Toraya Liquor is also known as a famous store with an established reputation for its abundant selection, carrying wines from nearly every winery in Yamanashi Prefecture, including rare Yamanashi wines.
He also designs wine lists for notable facilities and restaurants such as "Tabi-no-Eki kawaguchiko base" and "HOSHINOYA Fuji."
On the day of the event, Okuwaki will also be invited to talk extensively about wine.
Enjoy a One-Day-Only Course
"Restaurant at the Foot of Mt. Fuji Enjoyed with the Five Senses" will be held on Wednesday, November 23 (National Holiday), starting at 10:30 AM (lunch begins at 12:30 PM).
Prices are 12,000 yen (Sea of Trees walk and lunch) and 7,000 yen (lunch only); drink charges are to be settled on-site. (Wines are also scheduled to be served on an on-site payment basis.)
