Terroage Fukushima, which promotes Fukushima Prefecture’s sake culture and food, will hold the “FUKUSHIMA SAKE SEVEN” fair beginning in November 2025.
Ahead of the fair, a preview tasting will be held on Wednesday, October 22 at Chez Fleurs Higashiyama in Ikejiri-Ohashi, Tokyo.

About the FUKUSHIMA SAKE SEVEN Fair
FUKUSHIMA SAKE SEVEN is a collaboration between Terroage Fukushima, chefs inside and outside the prefecture, and seven notable alcohol producers from Fukushima.
For about one month, participating restaurants in Fukushima, Tokyo, and the Kansai region will serve creative dishes using or paired with products from the seven Fukushima producers.
About the Preview Tasting
On Wednesday, October 22, a tasting will be held at Chez Fleurs Higashiyama ahead of the FUKUSHIMA SAKE SEVEN fair.
More than 20 beverages from the seven producers will be gathered for a tasting attended by chefs and sommeliers from participating Tokyo restaurants, as well as influencers involved in the project.
Guest tasters include social-media cook and food-video creator Go Irie, singer and sake lecturer Amy Ujiie, IMADEYA buyer Akiko Shirato, and NOGIZAKA SHIN owner-sommelier Yasuhide Hida.
The featured producers include Azumasanroku Winery, Kawauchi Winery, naturadistill Kawauchi Village Distillery, Pukupuku Brewery, Hop Japan, Yazawa Shuzo and Yamatogawa Shuzoten.
