About the "Mt. Fuji 5th Station Winter Mountain Hut Stay Tour"
The "Mt. Fuji 5th Station Winter Mountain Hut Stay Tour" is organized by Sato Goya, the only mountain hut on Mt. Fuji that has maintained winter operations.
Even first-timers to mountain huts and winter Mt. Fuji climbing can enjoy a "safe," "comfortable," and "warm" stay at the hut.
Winter-exclusive culinary experiences are also highly recommended!
During the "Mt. Fuji 5th Station Winter Mountain Hut Stay Tour," guests can enjoy foothill activities such as winter mountain trekking from the foot of the mountain up to Sato Goya, fully supported by local guides.
In addition, the eagerly anticipated dinner offers a winter-exclusive dining experience.
For dinner at the mountain hut, guests will not only be served mountain hut fare centered on a warming pot-au-feu made with foothill ingredients (finished with risotto made with home-grown rice) and wild venison steak grilled on Mt. Fuji lava plates, but can also enjoy the dishes paired with sommelier-selected Yamanashi wine.
