On Tuesday, July 23, 2024, "Courtyard by Marriott Sapporo" opened as the eighth hotel in Japan under the "Courtyard by Marriott" brand operated by Marriott International.

"Courtyard by Marriott Sapporo" is the eighth hotel in Japan under the hotel brand "Courtyard by Marriott."
It opens in the Nakajima Park area, which is currently undergoing redevelopment, as the first Courtyard brand hotel in Hokkaido (321 rooms in total).
The hotel is conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from the nearest station, Nakajima Koen Station on the Sapporo Municipal Subway Namboku Line.
Furthermore, there are 321 guest rooms in total, including 9 suites, equipped with high-quality Serta bed mattresses and rain showers, allowing guests to fully enjoy a relaxing time in their rooms.

The hotel features "THE LOUNGE" on the 1st floor and the restaurant "Substance" on the 2nd floor.
