NOHGA HOTEL UENO TOKYO will celebrate its seventh anniversary with a winemaker dinner built around local connections, plus special menus and drink promotions.
The programs will run from November 1 through November 30, 2025 at the hotel's directly operated Bistro NOHGA.

About the 7th-Anniversary Program
NOHGA HOTEL UENO opened on November 1, 2018 as the first property in the NOHGA HOTEL brand operated by Nomura Real Estate Hotels.
Under the brand concept of creating memorable experiences through deep connections with the local community, the Ueno property uses the theme “CRAFT Your Senses,” collaborating with traditional craft studios and local shops to introduce guests not only to the hotel but also to the surrounding neighborhood.
The hotel marks its seventh anniversary in 2025.
To celebrate, Bistro NOHGA will offer a one-night-only winemaker dinner and special drink promotions.

A highlight is the winemaker dinner with BookRoad on Friday, November 21.
Guests will enjoy a one-night-only pairing of special dishes by Bistro NOHGA chef Ebihara with selected wines made from Japanese grapes, including an original limited sparkling wine created by BookRoad for NOHGA HOTEL UENO.
