Kaminokuni Development Co., Ltd. will release a new alcoholic beverage, “ART WITH ME × Kaminokuni Winery,” on Monday, May 19.
The product will also be presented that day at the Kaminokuni Salon economic seminar held at Kaminokuni Winery.

About the collaboration
“ART WITH ME × Kaminokuni Winery” was developed through a collaboration between Kaminokuni Development and ART WITH ME, an innovative support program that combines disability welfare and art.
Kaminokuni Winery has launched a project to revive grapes that do not meet its usual quality standards because of high acidity, turning them into a new alcoholic beverage rather than discarding them.
ART WITH ME, meanwhile, operates under a philosophy of challenging fixed assumptions and offering people new perspectives.
The collaboration was born because the winery’s concept of transforming value aligns with the attitude of ART WITH ME artists: questioning what is taken for granted and seeing the world from another angle.
About the wine
ART WITH ME × Kaminokuni Winery uses a special label to visualize the project’s story through the power of art.
Rather than ending as simple reuse of an out-of-spec product, the project incorporates art into its label and visual design to express its background and purpose.
The grapes are Seyval harvested in 2023 in Assabu, Hokkaido, and production is limited to 1,000 bottles.
Ahead of the release, Kaminokuni Salon will also be held at Kaminokuni Winery on Monday, May 19, with Koichi Shiraishi, organizer of ART WITH ME, as a guest.
