About the [2nd Hinata Marche]
The [2nd Hinata Marche] is a market organized by ANA Holiday Inn Resort Shinano-Omachi Kuroyon, located in northern Nagano Prefecture, as part of "Journey to Tomorrow," IHG Hotels & Resorts' initiative to support local communities and the environment.
With "water"—a global issue involving water shortages and resulting conflicts—as its theme, the event aims to contribute to the local future by having hotel staff learn, think, and take action together with local community members.

The theme of the marche is "Learn, think, and take action regarding water."
In addition to additive-free miso, pesticide-free vegetables, and organically grown coffee appearing at the marche, indoor programs will feature water tasting workshops, charity activities through the sale of "water jelly," and exhibitions.
It is also reported that the Botanica Restaurant will offer lunch plates using certified sustainable seafood (MSC/ASC certification).
In a project themed around local charms seen through "water," Domaine Hiroki from Ikeda Town will also be featured, presenting wine crafted with water from the Northern Alps that won a national gold award.
