A Special Course for One Night Only
"Tottori Gourmet Night" is an evening bringing together the delicious flavors of Tottori, including Wagyu beef, gibier, and delicacies from the mountains and sea nurtured by abundant natural blessings.
The hotel's chefs will craft carefully selected seasonal ingredients nurtured in Tottori's rich natural environment into a special menu for one night only.

・Special Hors d'oeuvres *One plate per person
(An assortment of several appetizers featuring Tottori Prefecture ingredients such as marinated firefly squid and Ago chikuwa)
・Sicilian-style Arancini made with Tottori's original rice "Hoshizoramai"
・Daisen Broccoli and Hoshizoramai Risotto
・Kotoura Grand Salmon with Sorrel Flavor
・Roast Beef of Tottori Wagyu Round
・Shio-koji Marinated Tottori Wild Boar En Croûte with Kinako and Cinnamon Flavor
・Consommé Soup of Tottori Venison
・Teppanyaki Tottori Spanish Mackerel with Tomato Basil Sauce
・Roasted Tottori Venison
・Tottori Original Strawberry "Totteoki"
In addition, an all-you-can-drink menu with alcohol is offered for an additional 2,000 yen (including tax and service charge).
A rich selection of fine sake and spirits from Tottori is available, including Hojyo Wine "Standard" Red & White, Nakai Shuzo "Yashio" Daiginjo, Fukura Shuzo "-THE FUKURA- Fukura" Junmai Daiginjo, Fukura Shuzo "Hoshitori" Josen Red, and Matsui Whisky "San-in".
