From Tuesday, July 1 through Sunday, August 31, 2025, The Prince Park Tower Tokyo will hold “Hokkaido Fair 2025” across ten restaurants, bars, and shops.
The program will also feature Hokkaido wine.

About “Hokkaido Fair 2025”
“Hokkaido Fair 2025” is a seasonal promotion at The Prince Park Tower Tokyo.
With support from Hokkaido Prefecture and the municipalities of Furano, Akkeshi, and Makubetsu, and cooperation from Hokkaido Wine Co., Ltd., Kunimare Sake Brewery, and others, this is the hotel's third Hokkaido fair.
This year, Executive Chef Shintaro Fukushima and the hotel's culinary team visited producers in areas including Kushiro, Nemuro, Furano, and Yoichi to select seasonal ingredients from northern Japan.
Japanese restaurant Shibazakura will serve a kattedon-style seafood bowl inspired by Kushiro Washo Market. Sushi Hamashiba will offer a sushi-kaiseki course featuring sweet Hokkai shrimp and white fish cured with Rishiri kombu. Tempura Tenshiba will serve lightly battered Hokkaido specialties including herring roe, shishamo, and local vegetables, while Chinese restaurant Yomeiden will offer two chilled noodle dishes using Hokkaido hanasaki crab and fruit tomatoes.

The fair will also serve wines grown and made in Hokkaido.
Executive Chef Sommelier Ichimura has selected refreshing Hokkaido wines well suited to summer.
