On Sunday, November 1, 2026, NIKI Hills Winery will hold its first-ever “NIKI Hills Winery Harvest Thanksgiving Festival.”
On Saturday, October 31, the day before the festival, the winery will also host a special eve event, the “Special Makers’ Dinner,” limited to 20 guests. Participants will be able to enjoy a special harvest-season experience and a meal accompanied by commentary from the winemaker.
Sharing the joy of the harvest
The first NIKI Hills Winery Harvest Thanksgiving Festival was planned from a strong desire among the winery staff to “express our gratitude to everyone who supports NIKI Hills Winery throughout the year” and to “share the joy of the harvest with the local community and create an opportunity to bring more energy to the area.”
The winery says it aims to create a festival where people can enjoy wine and food in a warm, relaxed atmosphere, much like Austria’s wine taverns known as Heuriger.
About the special makers’ dinner on the eve of the festival
On the night before the first NIKI Hills Winery Harvest Thanksgiving Festival, a “Special Makers’ Dinner” is also scheduled.
The program includes a special winery tour — including a visit to the vineyards during the post-harvest pruning season, tastings of wine currently being made, and a comparison of different vintages — as well as a makers’ dinner with commentary from the winemaker.
Participation is limited to the first 20 guests, so be sure to check this event as well if you are interested.
