"SUNTORY FROM FARM Shinshu Koshu 2024" aims for a flavor where refreshing aromas reminiscent of Japanese citrus fruits such as sudachi and kabosu unfold to uplift the spirit, paired with a solid sense of umami that complements seasonal seafood.
"SUNTORY FROM FARM Shinshu Muscat Bailey A Rosé 2024" reportedly aims for a profile where gorgeous aromas bloom, offering a fruitiness like taking a mouthful of fresh grapes, along with solid depth and complexity that match well with root vegetables and mushrooms.
The Yamanashi Wine Manufacturers' Association sets November 3 every year as the release date for nouveau wines made from Yamanashi-harvested "Koshu" and "Muscat Bailey A".
The products released this time are all made with 100% Yamanashi Prefecture-grown grapes.
