We are a wine company operating under the motto "winemaking begins with grape growing," using exclusively grapes from our own vineyards and from local farmers in Yamagata Prefecture. In terms of clarifying grape producers and promoting local production for local consumption (and commerce), we believe that local winery is fundamentally an extension of grape growers.
