Wine Made from 100% Nagano-Grown Grapes
Rather than making products simply because they will sell, we aim to make wine that conveys to consumers the passion of both the grape growers and the winemakers contained in every bottle. Our basic approach is to use grapes grown in the local climate and vinify them locally.
Our labels state the grape-growing area, variety, and vintage, making the wine easier to understand and connecting consumers with the people who produced it.
Looking five and ten years ahead, we will continue steady research and development with an international standard as our goal. We aim to make wines that pair well with Japanese cuisine using ingredients from Azumino, while contributing together with the local community to local production for local consumption.
