ABOUT
We began growing wine grapes in our own vineyard three years earlier,
obtained a fruit-wine production license in November 2018 and began vinification.
In May 2019, Niitsuru Winery opened in a domaine style, handling everything from the source grapes through winemaking. Under the concept “winemaking is agriculture,” and the belief that delicious wine begins with delicious grapes, we own and manage our own vineyards.
