On Saturday, November 2, 2024, the "Autumn Chichibu Local Sake Fair 2024 in Nagatoro" will be held just in time for the autumn foliage holiday season in the Chichibu and Nagatoro area.
It is an event where you can enjoy both Japanese wine and that talked-about whisky.

About "Autumn Chichibu Local Sake Fair 2024 in Nagatoro"
"Autumn Chichibu Local Sake Fair 2024 in Nagatoro" is an event held at the Nagatoro Station Front Square where you can enjoy local alcoholic beverages and specialty gourmet foods of the Chichibu region.
In addition to sales of local sake, alcoholic beverages, and souvenirs, a lottery sale of the "SL C58363 80th Anniversary Original Ichiro's Malt" will also be held this time.
Along with the debut of a new original snack "SL Paleo Stick", mini live performances commemorating the 5th anniversary of community radio stations "Chichibu FM" and "FM Kumagaya" are also scheduled.
Wines from the Chichibu area as well!
Vendors handling local alcoholic beverages from the Chichibu region will set up booths at the venue.
Participants include Yao Honten, producer of Chichibu's famous sake "Chichibunishiki"; Fujisaki Sohei Shoten Nagatorogura, which brews sake in Nagatoro; and BAR Te・Airigh, which offers a wide selection of world whiskies as well as the globally acclaimed Ichiro's Malt by Venture Whisky.
Moreover, Usagida Winery, the iconic Chichibu winery that makes wine with grapes cultivated in the Usagida district of Yoshida, Chichibu City, Saitama Prefecture, will also be participating.
Alcoholic beverages at this event will be sold via a dedicated ticket system available for purchase on the day (3,000 yen (tax included) / a booklet of six 500-yen tickets).
As a perk of purchasing the ticket, you can enter the lottery sale for the "SL C58363 80th Anniversary Original Ichiro's Malt."
