Yoichi Town in Hokkaido will hold the “Yoichi Appreciation Festival 2025” beginning Sunday, November 23, 2025, Japan’s Labor Thanksgiving Day.
Rare wines and other items will be offered as hometown-tax donation gifts.

About “Yoichi Appreciation Festival 2025”
Yoichi Town says hometown-tax donations have enabled it to strengthen policies in education, industry, and welfare.
The “Yoichi Appreciation Festival 2025” is a special project prepared in gratitude for that support, with cooperation from businesses throughout the town and special items offered as thank-you gifts for hometown-tax donations.
Rare Yoichi Wines Available Through Hometown-Tax Donations
The Yoichi Appreciation Festival began in 2020 and is now in its sixth year.
This year, 16 wine producers are participating.
