At "RISONARE Yatsugatake," a countdown was held with the entire venue coming together starting 10 seconds before midnight on November 3.
The moment the date changed, staff from various wineries poured freshly released Yamanashi Nouveau into a glass tower, celebrating in grand style.
During the ceremony, a talk session was held featuring Soma Shiraishi of Iwasaki Brewing, Koichi Mukoyama of Manns Wines, Ryoko Akiba of Shirayuri Winery, and Reo Takahashi, General Manager of RISONARE Yatsugatake.
Participants savored the newly released Yamanashi Nouveau while keeping in mind the flavor profiles and grape-growing environments described by the winery staff.

At "RISONARE Yatsugatake," events to enjoy Yamanashi Nouveau are currently underway.
From November 3 to 17, the main street, "Piman Street," is hosting the "Yatsugatake Wine Festa," an event where guests can enjoy wine and sweets under the autumn sky, with food trucks on Piman Street offering 30 varieties of Yamanashi Nouveau during the period.
Additionally, "Wine School: Yamanashi Nouveau Edition" is being held this year at Yatsugatake Wine House.
