Yatsugatake Hotel Fuuka in Hokuto City, Yamanashi Prefecture, will offer newly released Yamanashi wines as free-flow drinks at dinner from Monday, November 3, 2025, the official release date for Yamanashi Nouveau.
Because the wines are included in the hotel's original all-inclusive service, "Marugoto Omotenashi®," guests can enjoy the new Yamanashi vintage at no additional charge.

"Marugoto Omotenashi®" is Yatsugatake Hotel Fuuka's original all-inclusive service covering meals, drinks, and activities during a guest's stay.
To mark the Yamanashi Nouveau release on Monday, November 3, the hotel will serve nouveau wines from two wineries in Katsunuma, Koshu City, one of Yamanashi Prefecture's leading wine regions, exclusively during restaurant dinner hours.
At dinner, approximately 50 alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available, including Yamanashi Nouveau.
Yamanashi Nouveau Wines to Be Served
Yatsugatake Hotel Fuuka will offer the following Yamanashi Nouveau wines as part of the all-inclusive service.
· 勝沼醸造 "Argano Bailey A 2025" (red)
· 勝沼醸造 "Argano Koshu 2025" (white)
· 蒼龍葡萄酒 "Bailey A First Press 2025, No Added Antioxidants" (red)
· 蒼龍葡萄酒 "Citrus Scent Koshu 2025" (white)
Both 勝沼醸造 and 蒼龍葡萄酒 are renowned wineries representing Yamanashi.
Service begins on Monday, November 3, 2025, and will continue while supplies last.
