Job Description
Overall wine brewing at an urban winery: You will be in charge of everything from grape procurement to commercialization and dealing with the tax office.
In addition, sales activities and promotional work are also included within the scope of duties.
Wineries scheduled to open: Spring 2023 (planned) - Sapporo; Early Summer 2023 (planned) - Nagano; Autumn 2023 (planned) - Sapporo; Autumn 2023 (planned) - Kyoto; Autumn 2023 (planned) - Tokyo. There are also plans in Kanagawa Prefecture and other locations.

*Hiring timing is 2 months to half a year before the opening of each winery.
*From hiring until assignment to the designated winery, there is a training system at wineries in Tokyo, Osaka, or Kobe.
Currently, a winery consulting project in Fukuoka is underway (a new brewer has already been hired).
Application Qualifications
We are seeking individuals capable of brewing for our new winery development business.
Brewing experience is required, PC skills are required.
