Green Style Co., Ltd. has launched a crowdfunding project aiming to acquire Japan's first international patent for a "wine grape cultivation method."

Background of the Project
Green Style Co., Ltd. is a company that operates a wine grape school.
This time, the company launched the crowdfunding project "Starting from , the Wine Grape School " on CAMPFIRE.
The company applied for a domestic patent in Japan in December 2023 for a grape vine training method.
In order to spread Japan's cultivation method to the world, they plan to apply for international patents for the grape cultivation method in the United States and the United Kingdom around the end of September 2024.
Because application fees cost nearly 2,000,000 yen per 1 country, they are running the crowdfunding campaign to solicit support to cover part of the application expenses.
They want to carry out the project with the desire to deploy Japan's unique cultivation techniques overseas for wine grape growing as well, and to prove Japan's cultivation techniques to the world.
About the Returns
For this campaign, wines from the "Wine Grape School" and other items have been prepared as returns.
The school's wines are basically distributed only to school affiliates and are not distributed to the general public.
Returns planned include Shiojiri 2023 (Merlot) Tank-Fermented 750ml, Kobe 2024 (Cabernet Sauvignon 40-year-old vines) 750ml, and a 9-bottle cider set (5 bottles of Sui, 4 bottles of So).
