To meet those needs, Vinoteras Wine School has launched a professionally selected cheese and wine set.
Vinoteras staff tested the pairings themselves.
They actually tasted both the wines and cheeses to determine the best combinations.
About the Set
The cheeses in the set were carefully selected by Fermier, a specialty natural-cheese shop.
Four types of cheese are paired with natural wines chosen to match each one.
The wine is portioned into 100 ml small bottles and the cheese into 20 g servings, making it easy to enjoy each pairing a little at a time.
The set lets you sample delicious cheeses together with wines selected to bring out their best qualities.
