These include grapes cultivated by a Hiroshima Comprehensive Support Facility for People with Disabilities, completely naturally grown grapes without pesticides or fertilizers, and headwater grapes nurtured by pristine spring water at an altitude of 400 meters.
The grape varieties are 39% Saint-Semillon, 32% Pione, 12% King Delaware, 9% Aki Queen, 6% Shine Muscat, and 2% Seto Giants.
It is a special natural orange wine that was transported to the Okayama Prefecture winery "domaine tetta" in the blue light truck that serves as the wine's symbol mark and vinified there.
