On Monday, November 3, 2025, a national holiday, Aeon will launch a limited quantity of “Topvalu Koshu Wine Nouveau 2025” at around 730 stores nationwide, including Aeon, Aeon Style and MaxValu.
Made with 100% Koshu grapes from Yamanashi Prefecture and no added antioxidants, it is Topvalu’s first wine made entirely in Japan.

The wine lets drinkers enjoy the fresh aromas and flavors of Koshu grapes grown with the pure water and abundant sunlight of the Southern Alps region.
It is a special bottle made with 100% Yamanashi-grown Koshu grapes and finished without any added antioxidants.

“Topvalu Koshu Wine Nouveau 2025” has a slightly dry style, moving from a gentle entry to a pleasantly crisp finish.
It is said to pair especially well with seafood, Japanese cuisine and light appetizers.
A proprietary winemaking process that suppresses oxidation, together with the use of natural yeast, brings out the grape’s vibrant natural flavors for a style intended to appeal to consumers seeking a more natural approach.
