The mixed-use commercial facility THREE in Aomori City will hold “Buyers’ Favorite Gourmet” for 11 days, from Saturday, April 19 through Tuesday, April 29, 2025.
Aomori craft wines and other products will be offered on a rotating daily basis.

About “Buyers’ Favorite Gourmet”
“Buyers’ Favorite Gourmet” is a food pop-up at THREE where visitors can enjoy foods from Aomori Prefecture and beyond.
The first phase runs for six days from April 19 through 24, followed by a five-day second phase from April 25 through 29 during THREE’s anniversary celebration. A variety of appealing vendors and foods will gather at THREE with a changing lineup each day.
Aomori Craft Wine Will Also Be Available
The pop-up will feature vendors such as Apple Dice (candied apples), DANISH BEANS (baked sweets), Narumiya (egg sandwiches), and Pão de mama (soups).
The alcoholic beverage selection is also substantial. Items from Tsugaru Winery will be available; the winery grows mainly Steuben grapes in Tsuruta, ferments with natural and Jomon yeasts, and makes craft wine using minimal SO2.
Hotarubi Brewing, a craft brewery popular with beer fans across Japan, will also participate.
