On Monday, September 4, and Tuesday, September 5, EXE INTERNATIONAL Co., Ltd., together with Furano Bus Co., Ltd., will hold the special dining event "THE OUTDOOR LIVING IN FURANO."
The venue is Furano, Hokkaido.
Here are the details.
About "THE OUTDOOR LIVING IN FURANO"
"THE OUTDOOR LIVING IN FURANO" is a special dining event where you can savor the luxury of taking in local ingredients and entertainment while smelling the scent of the soil under the open sky, feeling the breeze on your skin, and gazing out at spectacular views.
The summit of Furano Ski Resort, which is not normally open in September, will be specially opened exclusively for this event.
At this location overlooking a grand panorama of the Furano Basin and Mount Tokachi of the Daisetsuzan mountain range, you can enjoy a modern and creative culinary world woven by Chef Koichi Hashimoto of "celaravird," a popular modern gastronomy restaurant in Yoyogi-Uehara, Tokyo.
In addition, Executive Chef Moriya Ogawa of "Shin Furano Prince Hotel" and Chef Takayuki Nagayasu of "Furano French GAKU" from local Furano will collaborate. It will be an epoch-making special course that maximizes the potential of Furano's finest seasonal ingredients.
Wine from Furano City as Well!
While the cuisine is the centerpiece of this special dining experience, it is not the only attraction.
Chic performances will be staged, including piano music and contemporary dance that create an even more glamorous atmosphere amidst the breathtaking scenery, as well as Japanese taiko drumming entertainment by the Furano Yasaka Taiko Preservation Society.
Furthermore, before the meal, participants will experience grape harvesting in a vineyard tended by Furano City and create original wine bottles.
Experience with all your senses the local nature and specialties that can only be felt in that very moment.
They invite guests to experience this autumn in Furano the extraordinary yet heartwarming hospitality created by Tokyo and Furano together with close friends or family.
