Valentine's Day is just around the corner.
For those who want to give a thoughtful gift to that special Japanese wine lover, we recommend "The NEWLON Wine Candy," which was previously featured in Japanese Wine News.
And this product is available for purchase at "KURURA STORE," an online store selling "items from Yamanashi."
Let us take another look at what kind of candy this is.
Wine Candies Luxuriously Made with Yamanashi Wine!
"The NEWLON Wine Candy" is produced by Newlon Confectionery Co., Ltd., a long-established company founded over 70 years ago.
Luxuriously using wine from "Yamanashi," one of Japan's leading wine prefectures, the wine's signature refined and gorgeous flavor spreads gently in your mouth, making it a candy for adults with a restrained sweetness.
Amazingly, this new method uses no "water" at all when preparing the candy base, luxuriously using only "Yamanashi wine" instead.
With an alcohol content of less than 0.1%, even those who are not fond of alcohol or wine can enjoy it with peace of mind.
Three Varieties Available at "KURURA STORE"!
"The NEWLON Wine Candy" available at "KURURA STORE" comes in a total of three varieties: red, white, and a set containing both.
＜The NEWLON Wine Candy Koshu (White)＞ uses "Rubaiyat Koshu Sur Lie" and is a wine candy where you can taste the fruitiness and refreshing profile unique to Koshu.
＜The NEWLON Wine Candy Muscat Bailey A (Red)＞ uses "Chanmoris Yamanashi Grapes Muscat Bailey A," resulting in a wine candy with a mellow flavor that offers the light, gorgeous elegance unique to Bailey A.
In addition, the candies are heart-shaped, making them perfect gifts for Valentine's Day.
With a rich wine flavor, they are candies sure to delight any Japanese wine enthusiast.
