The marche event "THE MARKET…Setouchi" will be held for three days, from October 12 to 14.
Held at Mori no Machi Grace since March 2024, this event marks its third edition.
Here are the details.
About "THE MARKET…Setouchi"
"THE MARKET…Setouchi" is an event organized jointly by Ryobi Holdings Co., Ltd. and Ishikawa Holdings Co., Ltd.
It is becoming well established as a highly popular event that gathers exquisite items to satisfy gourmets.
This time, the founder of "Kashiwaya Kobayashi," a popular Michelin Plate-winning yakitori restaurant in Kurashiki City, and the former chef of "Leoni," the much-missed Michelin one-star French restaurant, will make appearances. In addition, nine restaurants will offer special dishes available only here, such as wagyu beef steak grilled right in front of you by Michelin Plate-winning "Teppan Kayano" and eel bowls from Japanese restaurant "Hamura."
Furthermore, from popular bakeries, 25 shops will deliver their pride-and-joy breads.
The lineup is once again packed with charm.
Natural Wine Too!
"THE MARKET…Setouchi" is rich not only in food, but also in drinks.
This time, 11 vendors offering natural wine, beer, and bar services will make an appearance.
Prominent names from Okayama Prefecture will be gathered, including La Grande Colline Japon (Okayama City) and domaine tetta (Niimi City).
In addition, there will be plenty of variety, including desserts, cafes, lifestyle-focused shops, incubation and student booths, and a DJ booth.
If you live nearby, or even if you are just stopping by Okayama, be sure to check it out.
