The all-day dining restaurant "THE LIVELY KITCHEN Fukuoka Hakata" serves modern Japanese-Italian cuisine that combines Japanese ingredients and tableware with Italian cooking techniques, further infused with trends and seasonal expressions.
With this breakfast renewal, guests can enjoy the chef's specially curated "Japanese x Italian" concept in a short-course format.
In addition to an appetizer platter with sweets, guests can choose from two types of main plates: Japanese or Western.
You can enjoy dishes made with ingredients from Fukuoka Prefecture, such as Fukuoka-grown white rice and Itoshima's brand pork "Biton," as well as carefully selected ingredients chosen by the chef, including Kishu Nanko ume plums and turban shell from Yamaguchi Prefecture.
