Japan Digital Serve Corporation will hold “THE CRAFT SAKE — Toast with Fine Drinks: Shinshu Edition” on Saturday, May 31, 2025.
The tasting event is part of the satonoka Project's regional revitalization initiatives and offers guests the chance to enjoy distinguished alcoholic beverages from Shinshu.

About “THE CRAFT SAKE — Toast with Fine Drinks: Shinshu Edition”
The event is organized by Japan Digital Serve Corporation as a regional revitalization initiative under the satonoka Project.
It is based on the satonoka original program “THE CRAFT SAKE — Visiting Regional Fine Drinks,” produced to introduce and invigorate regional products.
The program focuses on notable alcoholic beverages from around Japan and aims to introduce producers' dedication and Japan's delicate craftsmanship. The first Shinshu edition was jointly produced with five cable operators in Nagano Prefecture.
The event gathers in Shibuya, Tokyo, the sake, gin, whisky, wine, beer and other drinks from Shinshu featured in the program.
Producers will also be present, giving visitors the chance to interact with the makers.
