Here are the details.
About the TV Drama "Mei no Mei"
The TV drama "Mei no Mei" tells the story of Koichiro Ozu (Kanata Hongo), a small-to-medium enterprise employee living in Tokyo, who temporarily takes in his niece Mei Kasukabe (Kana Osawa), who has lost her parents, and temporarily relocates with her to Naraha Town in Fukushima Prefecture for the summer vacation.
Filming took place in July across 12 municipalities in Fukushima as well as in Tokyo. The Fukushima 12 Municipalities Migration Support Center collaborated in the production of the drama "Mei no Mei," aiming to stimulate the interest and curiosity of prospective movers through video content targeting young people in their 20s and 30s living in the Tokyo metropolitan area—the main target group for promoting relocation.
A wine farm also makes an appearance!
