In addition to trying Kofu’s B-class specialty chicken giblets stew at Okuto Honten Kokubo, she also visits a winery.
During the winery visit, Miyamoto said, “I really love white wine. From the moment I stepped into the winery tour, the aroma of wine was in the air the whole time, and I was simply so happy.” She also expressed how moved she was to visit a place with 115 years of history, describing the quiet space and imagining the wine resting there together with the weight of history and the care of its makers.
