NFT marketplace Adam byGMO began selling “NFT Tickets with Special Winery Tour Participation Rights,” hosted by Toriivilla Imamura by Château Katsunuma, on Thursday, July 31, 2025.
The one-day special program will mark the first time Toriivilla Imamura by Château Katsunuma opens the winery to the general public.

About the NFT Project
The project is an NFT-based regional revitalization initiative specially co-hosted by Toriivilla Imamura and OMAKASE byGMO, a reservation service specializing in popular restaurants.
Toriivilla Imamura is a premium micro-brand created by historic Château Katsunuma, founded in 1877. Although small in scale, it pursues the highest quality, making wine since 2007 primarily from grapes grown in Toriivilla, an exceptional vineyard regarded as one of the area's finest and sometimes called a Japanese grand cru, to express its distinctive terroir to the fullest.
This one-day experience will be the first public opening of the winery behind the Katsunuma micro-brand Toriivilla Imamura by Château Katsunuma, whose wines are served at numerous three-star restaurants and to state guests from around the world.
About the Program
The event for holders of the special winery-tour NFT ticket will take place Friday, November 28, 2025.
At Château Katsunuma, the program is scheduled to include a special seminar by Eika Imamura, fourth-generation head of Toriivilla Imamura, a visit to the normally private old-wine cellar, a four-wine special tasting and cheese plate.
Participants will also receive an exclusive application form giving them the opportunity to purchase Toriivilla Imamura wines.
It is a rare opportunity not likely to come again soon.
