On Saturday, December 6, 2025, Iinuma Honke in Shisui, Chiba Prefecture, will host the “Shisui New Sake Festival 2025.”
Four producers will gather at Iinuma Honke to unveil their new releases, including a winery.

About “Shisui New Sake Festival 2025”
The festival is a joint new-release event held at Iinuma Honke, bringing together four nearby producers.
Alongside Iinuma Honke’s Kinoene sake, the lineup includes Jinyu from Nabedana in Kozaki, Chomeisen from Takizawa Honten in Narita, and SAWA WINES, a winery in Yachimata.
Discounted Advance Exchange Tickets
The event offers much more than new sake and wine. Planned attractions include food stalls from popular local businesses, performances of Japanese drums and Tsugaru shamisen, a stage appearance by the Shisui Junior High School brass band, a lawn area where families with children can relax, and tours of the moromi brewery.
Advance exchange tickets have been on sale through JRE MALL Ticket since October 30.
The advance ticket is discounted from ¥2,000 to ¥1,700 including tax and includes a voucher for a complimentary sake cup.
