Auberge Minami Alps has opened reservations for its limited-time “Spring Casual Dinner Plan (with Private Natural Hot Spring),” available from Saturday, March 1 through Saturday, May 31, 2025.
The plan also includes the opportunity to enjoy carefully selected Yamanashi wines.

About the limited-time plan
Auberge Minami Alps reopened in summer 2024 after being renovated from a pension-style inn.
The “Spring Casual Dinner Plan (with Private Natural Hot Spring)” is an attractive plan priced from 15,000 yen per person including dinner and breakfast, offering a casual French course as well as a private natural hot spring known for its skin-beautifying waters.
Enjoy the flavors of Yamanashi!
For the spring plan, guests can enjoy a French course supervised by Chef Odagiri, who has more than 20 years of experience at the long-established Fujiya Hotel and at wedding venues in Yamanashi Prefecture, featuring abundant ingredients grown in the Minami Alps region.
For an additional 3,300 yen per person, guests can also enjoy a pairing centered on carefully selected wines produced in Yamanashi Prefecture.
