This package invites 3 up-and-coming winemakers based in Hokkaido's Sorachi region—an area rapidly growing into one of Japan's leading wine-producing regions—to the local Log Hotel The Maplelodge in Iwamizawa City for a Maker's Dinner, combined with special moments spent at wineries in the Sorachi region.

(1) At the Maker's Dinner on Day 1, Bruce Gutlove from 10R Winery, Kazuyuki Nakazawa from Nakazawa Vineyard, and Ryosuke Kondo from KONDO Vineyard will join the table.
Enjoy a pairing dinner featuring a course meal based on Hokkaido ingredients at Log Hotel The Maplelodge while chatting with the winemakers.
(2) On the morning of Day 2, surrounded by the beautiful nature of Sorachi, you can spend a special time learning deeply about the charms of wine through valuable talks on grape cultivation and winemaking continuing from the previous evening with Bruce Gutlove, Kazuyuki Nakazawa, and Ryosuke Kondo.
(3) On Day 2 for lunch, savor a pairing lunch at Kuriyama & Am, a restaurant in Kuriyama Town renowned for its local-production-for-local-consumption focus and selection of Sorachi wines.
(4) With JAL Dynamic Package, you can select flights departing from across the country. A 3-day, 2-night course adding free time with 1 extra night in Sapporo is also available.
