It is a new winery established in 2022 under the banners of "World-class wine from Fukui" and "Creation of wine culture in Fukui."

is an original wine bottle from the winery in Echizen City, Fukui Prefecture.
The soil of the vineyard in the Shirayama district of Echizen City is naturally clayey, and connecting to the nearby Echizen ware—one of Japan's Six Ancient Kilns—led to the idea that crafting a vessel using the clay soil of the vineyard would create a bottle with great affinity, resulting in a collaboration with the Echizen Ware Cooperative.
It all started when the wine harvested in 2023 reached a high level of quality, prompting exploration into commercializing it in ceramic bottles.
The bottle design was entrusted to Hiroaki Watanabe of PLANE Co., Ltd., a product designer originally from the local area.
It possesses an unpretentious, austere presence, pursuing beauty in the very motion of pouring wine into a glass.
Furthermore, in order to serve wine at a steady pace, the spout is off-centered, and it is finished in a shape that identifies the front even without a label.
Wine bottled in will go on sale at the winery and its official online store starting December 1.
