About “Japan Cider Festival 2025 SISGA JAPAN”
“Japan Cider Festival 2025 SISGA JAPAN” is a one-day celebration of craft cider bringing together ciders from Japan and abroad.
Held as the Japanese edition of SISGA (Salón Internacional de les Sidres de Gala), the international cider organization headquartered in Spain, the event will gather around 30 cider producers and industry participants from across Japan and overseas under the theme of “broadening the world of cider.”
Plenty of Appealing Japanese Ciders
The program is packed with tastings, sales, food pairings, an international competition and hands-on activities.
Visitors can enjoy ciders from Japan and overseas through both free and paid tastings.
CHEESE STAND, the popular Shibuya cheese specialty shop known for its concept of “freshly made cheese in the city,” has also confirmed its participation.
The pairing of cider and cheese is another highlight not to miss.
Tateshinapple Winery, Sun Sun Winery, THREE PEAKS and GARUTSU Shirakami Winery are among the producers scheduled to appear.
