The nighttime art space WALL_alternative is currently hosting “Singular Visions,” a two-person exhibition by bonsai artist Masashi Hirao and contemporary artist Kenta Kobayashi.
The attached bar is also serving wines from Natan Winery.

About “Singular Visions”
“Singular Visions” is an exhibition at WALL_alternative, a nighttime art space operated by Avex Creator Agency Co., Ltd.
The show brings together the quiet sense of time and drama in Hirao’s bonsai with works in which Kobayashi captures aspects and emotions of contemporary society.
By placing the two artists’ works side by side, viewers can retrace each artist’s vision and explore the multiple interpretations that emerge between them.
From Monday, July 21, a national holiday, three new bonsai works will replace the three currently on view, giving repeat visitors a different experience in the latter half of the exhibition.
