The Bishu Collaboration Event is organized by Izumi Shokai LLC in collaboration with Shinshu Takayama Winery Co., Ltd. and Takayama Village Agricultural Brewing Research Institute Co., Ltd.
It is a popular event where guests can enjoy wines from a village known for producing excellent wine, along with craft beer made by wine-grape growers.
