Manns Wines’ original shichimi was created from a desire to help people enjoy wine and food even more fully.
The blend was developed with the cooperation of Nemoto Yawataya Isogoro, a long-established Nagano shichimi producer, and supervised by Mr. Nishihata, head of viticulture and winemaking at Manns Wines Komoro Winery.
