"Nigori Wine" is the "original" fruit wine series that Sasaichi Sake Brewery began selling in 1982.
It is a wine made to enjoy the cloudiness ("nigori") created by leaving the yeast that ferments the grape juice inside the wine.
Characterized by an alcohol content of around 6%, it nevertheless offers a rich flavor with a drinking sensation just like eating the fruit itself.
It is a popular series offering a fruity, refreshing sweetness and fresh acidity, delicious served as is, over ice, or mixed with soda water.
About "Nigori Wine Momo"
"Nigori Wine Momo" is crafted with a white wine base, using whole Yamanashi-grown peach juice and peels.
Focused on Yamanashi-grown peaches, it offers the fresh sensation of fruit as if freshly squeezed whole.
With an alcohol content of 7%, it is clean and easy to drink, and is also great served with ice in a wine glass or mixed with soda water.
