"Sasaichi Day" will be held for two days on Saturday, March 30, and Sunday, March 31, at Sasaichi Sake Brewery in Otsuki City, Yamanashi Prefecture.

"Sasaichi Day" is a brewery opening event by Sasaichi Sake Brewery, the only sake brewery in Yamanashi that brews both sake and Japanese wine.
Visitors can enjoy limited sake and Japanese wine available only at this time of year.

At the event, visitors can enjoy a total of 14 types of alcoholic beverages, including the spring-limited sake "Sasaichi Haru Junmai Ginjo Usunigori" from their signature "Sasaichi" series brewed with Yamanashi sake rice and subsoil water from Mt. Fuji and Misaka.
Above all, Japanese wine fans must not miss this, as selections will include "OLIFANT Koshu Traditional Method Sparkling" and "OLIFANT Muscat Bailey A Rosé Barrel Fermented" from Sasaichi Sake Brewery's wine brand "OLIFANT," both of which won Gold Medals at international competitions in 2023.
Furthermore, on Sasaichi Day, representative restaurants from Yamanashi will make special pop-up appearances exclusive to both days, collaborating with the luxury brand "Dan"—which won a Platinum Award at a global sake competition—to offer special pairings.
