"Nihon no Shinshu" will be released from Suntory's Japanese wine brand, "SUNTORY FROM FARM."
The release date is November 3 (Thu, national holiday).

Appearing from the New Brand
"SUNTORY FROM FARM" is Suntory's new Japanese wine brand scheduled to launch in September 2022.
Under the philosophy of "Good wine comes from good grapes," Suntory has worked closely with Japan's natural terroir for over 100 years, honing its viticultural and brewing techniques to craft grapes and wines.
The brand is being launched to convey the appeal of Japanese wine—an alcoholic beverage crafted from vineyards through the skill and devotion of its makers within Japan's terroir—to even more customers.
"Nihon no Shinshu" is the new Japanese wine (nouveau) released by "SUNTORY FROM FARM."
Koshu & Muscat Bailey A
This time, new wines utilizing Japan's indigenous grape varieties "Koshu" and "Muscat Bailey A" will appear from "SUNTORY FROM FARM" as part of its varietal series.

"Koshu" is a white grape variety that reveals a pleasant bitterness and solid umami within a refreshing aroma, bringing out the umami of fish dishes, while "Muscat Bailey A" is a variety whose gorgeous aroma and fruity flavor enhance the umami of root vegetables and mushrooms.
According to Suntory, in addition to the characteristics of the varieties and their affinity with Japanese cuisine, consumers can enjoy the fresh and crisp taste unique to nouveau wines.
