"Rurubu Kitchen" features "Special Feature Fair Menus" that rotate regions and ingredients, developing dishes that highlight local produce.
This time, focusing on Iwamizawa City with its appealing rich agricultural products and wine, the venue will offer over 20 items, including original snack dishes and drinks.
Furthermore, as part of an industry-academia collaboration, Hokkaido University's "Hokudai Brand" products developed in tie-ups with companies and local specialties in Hokkaido, as well as products related to the "Food Loss Reduction Consortium," will also be served and sold.
